WBCM provided pre-construction and construction phase services for the new $100 million, 183-room residence building with auditorium, conference facilities, function rooms, restaurant facilities and parking garage.
World Trade Center
Client: Maryland Port Administration
WBCM engineered and managed the efforts to restore Baltimore’s World Trade Center building after Hurricane Isabel devastated the building’s infrastructure. During all phases of this project, WBCM was responsible for proper execution of the work, including inspection and supervision of the trade subcontractors.
