Lundeberg Waterfront Improvements
Client: Lundeberg Maryland Seamanship School, Inc.
WBCM provided planning, design, permitting and
construction phase services for the design/build of the
waterfront improvements at the Lundeberg
Seamanship School. The existing marine structures
had deteriorated to the point where the timber
bulkheads along the facility’s shoreline had failed.
Dundalk Marine Terminal
Client: Maryland Port Administration
WBCM engineered a new sheet wall and bulkhead with a low-level reinforced concrete deck for Berths 5 and 6 of Dundalk Marine Terminal as part of a multi-phase project rehabilitation of the existing wharf along Colgate Creek.
