Partial
renovation of 6th floor of Government Administration's
Office Building consisting of 24,000 SF. Project design
consisted of open office area, conference center (teleconferencing
for secure and non-secured conferences), enclosed office
suite for the assistant secretary of the Army. The open
office area was designed to maximize the amount of natural
light into the work areas. The perimeter walls of the
office suite were designed to maintain historic aesthetics
of the building. WBCM was responsible for all architecture
and engineering design services. This project was on
time and within budget to the final plans.
