Gerstell Academy Project - Westminster, MD

WBCM provided Civil and Site Engineering for a new K through 12, $50 million private school located in Carroll County, Maryland. Phase One work included site planning, stormwater management and utility design, grading and sediment control, sports facility layouts, forest conservation, parking and construction administration.
