WBCM welcomes Kulveen Gulati, PE, who joins the firm as a Senior Water Resources Engineer serving clients in the Philadelphia region. Ms. Gulati has over 12 years of experience working on water resources engineering projects including stormwater management analysis and design, storm drainage design, and analysis and design of erosion and sediment control elements. Over her career, Ms. Gulati has worked with numerous clients including PennDOT, DelDOT, MDSHA, NJDOT, and various local agencies and municipalities. She has extensive design and management experience having worked on projects including: DE SR 273; DE SR 141 Bridges 675 & 676; US RT 13B; Joppa Road Improvements (Baltimore County, MD); NJDOT Stream Restoration for Spruce Run (NJ RT 31); and PennDOT Bridges on SR 0082 and 0282 in Chester County, PA.

Ms. Gulati earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, India and obtained her Master of Civil Engineering with an Environmental emphasis from Temple University. Ms. Gulati is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, a DNREC Certified Construction Reviewer (DE CCR), and a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE).
