Southport Auto Terminal & VPC Opens

WBCM’s Jesse Lindsay, Senior VP of the Marine-Industrial Division joined PhilaPort and Glovis America, Inc. in celebrating the official opening of the Southport Auto Terminal and Vehicle Processing Center. Governor Tom Wolf along with PhilaPort and the facilities operator Glovis America’s CEO cut the ribbon marking completion of construction and the opening of the state-of-the-art VPC. WBCM provided extensive engineering, permitting, and construction-related services on this project. Congratulations on this endeavor!

WBCM was honored to receive an AIA Chesapeake Bay Excellence in Design Merit Award for our work on the Prince Frederick Rescue Squad. Team members in attendance included Designers Joe Moyer and Argiroula (Dina) Markakis; Engineers Mike Stasch, PE; and Scott Kirby, PE, and Vice President Architecture Stephen Burdette, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C.
