As our company responds to COVID-19, the health and safety of our employees remains one of our top priorities. We want to assure you that WBCM remains fully operational and staff members are continuing to telework on your projects despite closure of our physical office spaces. Like many of you, we have spent the last several weeks learning about the coronavirus and how it is impacting our world. To that end, we have long-term procedures in place to enable our staff to remain productive on your projects. Our mission is to protect the health and safety of our clients, colleagues, and staff, while maintaining the important service our clients need.
Based on all the information available at this time, the steps we have taken will help us minimize any interruptions as our employees have been fully equipped to work remotely to allow our business operations to continue unimpeded. We remain committed to providing support and servicing the needs of our clients, projects, and our partners.
While our goal is to conduct business as usual, some things are out of our control, such as changes or limitations to local and state government agency services and hours of operation. These changes or limitations may impact projects in the pipeline, including permitting, and we ask for your patience and understanding during this uncertain time.
The WBCM Team will be available throughout this public health emergency to provide the same quality of service you have come to expect from our dedicated staff and collaborators. Our aim is to keep our employees safe, following CDC and Local Health Department guidelines, while we continue to work together to address your needs.
