COVID-19 Update

To our valued clients and partners:

We want to assure you that WBCM is fully operational and staff members continue to work on your projects. Like many of you, we have spent the last several weeks learning about the coronavirus and how it is impacting our world. To that end, we have long-term procedures in place to enable our staff to remain productive on your projects. Our mission is to protect the health and safety of our clients, colleagues, and staff, while maintaining the important service our clients need.

As precautionary measures, we are limiting visitors in our offices and postponing all non-essential travel, meetings, and events. We have encouraged our staff to implement project-related meetings by teleconference or telephone call where practical. Where meetings and site visits are necessary, we have encouraged our staff to maintain recommended social distancing protocols, good hand sanitation practice, sensible travel practices, etc.

However, some things are out of our control, such as changes or limitations to local and state government agency services and hours of operation. These changes or limitations may impact projects in the pipeline and we ask for your patience and understanding during this uncertain time

The WBCM Team will be available throughout this public health emergency to provide the same quality of service you have come to expect from our dedicated staff and collaborators. Our aim is to keep safe, following CDC and Local Health Department guidelines, while we continue to work together to address your needs.

We are determined to maintain business continuity to support our clients’ important needs. Thank you for doing business with WBCM. We will continue to keep you informed should circumstances change and merit further revisions to our approach.
