Southport Auto Terminal & VPC Opens

WBCM’s Jesse Lindsay, Senior VP of the Marine-Industrial Division joined PhilaPort and Glovis America, Inc. in celebrating the official opening of the Southport Auto Terminal and Vehicle Processing Center. Governor Tom Wolf along with PhilaPort and the facilities operator Glovis America’s CEO cut the ribbon marking completion of construction and the opening of the state-of-the-art VPC. WBCM provided extensive engineering, permitting, and construction-related services on this project. Congratulations on this endeavor!

As members of the Stormwater Best Management Practices Maintenance Task Committee of the Water Supply, Wastewater, and Stormwater Council of EWRI ASCE, WBCM’s Blaine Linkous, PE, PH, LEED AP, and Jessica Krueger, PE were heavily involved in the writing and publication of the new ASCE book Inspection and Maintenance of Stormwater Control Measures. The publication process spanned several years and required extensive group collaboration to complete.
