WBCM provided engineering services for the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing 37,500 square-foot, one-story 1950s warehouse into 65,000 square feet of luxury townhomes. The warehouse space was broken up into 11 two- and three-story townhomes varying in size from 4,000 square feet to nearly 6,000 square feet.

The existing building serves as the lower level of the new townhomes. WBCM designed the removal of the roof and reinforcement of existing structural steel framing to support the additional loads.

The interior courtyard features a custom steel- suspended pedestrian bridge that links the second story of each townhome.

Construction is LEED-certified by the USGBC.
