WBCM provided structural engineering services for four new four-story, 317,000 square-foot wood framed apartment buildings, a one-story clubhouse, and five one-story load bearing masonry garage buildings.

Building 1 included a ground level, two-story open lobby, leasing, and amenity space framed with steel transfer beams below the units above. Building 4 was constructed within proximity of an existing parking structure, requiring the use of geofoam foundation blocks to limit the new building’s surcharge on the existing garage’s basement wall.

WBCM also designed a steel framed pedestrian bridge that links Building 4 to the existing parking garage. Construction required cutting and strengthening of the existing garage precast spandrel panels.
