WBCM’s terminal expansion design included the construction of 10 one-million-gallon liquid storage tanks, a secondary concrete containment wall, a new unloading pier, elevated pipe bridges, and product piping and pumps. To facilitate local transportation by truck and rail, the development included the construction of a combination scale house and truck loading facility and a rail loading platform.
