WBCM provided complete engineering services for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the north and south dock facilities at the Hess Port Reading Refinery. The work was phased to accommodate the active facility. Phase 1 repairs included new high energy-absorbing fenders, pile jacketing, and steel bracing replacement at the south dock. Phase 2 consisted of the construction of new breasting dolphins, a new loading platform, crane tower modifications, new gangway systems, a new north dock fendering system, pile jacketing, and replacement of structural steel bracing.
