WBCM provided engineering and construction phase services for the construction of 7,400 linear feet of a 24inch-diameter relief sanitary sewer main between North Charles Street and Washington Avenue. The new sanitary sewer alleviated existing wet-weather sewer capacity constraints. WBCM provided maintenance of traffic during installation and coordinated installation with existing utilities, including water, sewer, underground street light conduits, a high-pressure gas main, and storm drains. The Towson Run stream crossing was a governing factor for the depth of the relief sewer main. Disruptions to existing sewer services were avoided with the proposed design. WBCM also provided permitting services, which included Maryland Department of the Environment water/sewer construction permits and construction phase services.
