401(k) Retirement Plan
There is no waiting here! WBCM employees are immediately eligible for tax-deferred income contributions toward retirement. WBCM is matching up to 50% (of first 4% of salary) of a participating employee’s bi-weekly, voluntary contributions.
WBCM offers reimbursements of up to $10,000 for qualified employees seeking approved industry-specific BS or MS degrees and up to 50% for approved CADD courses. Reimbursement is contingent on the employee-student earning grade “C” or better. A special tuition reimbursement program exists for employees pursuing MBA degrees.
Combined Vacation/Sick Leave
Our combined vacation and sick leave program allows employees the flexibility to take time off from work for many reasons—vacation, illness, doctor’s appointments, family needs. All full-time employees earn three weeks (120 hours) of leave per year, accrued by calendar year. Employees with 6-20 years tenure, accrue one additional day per year, up to a maximum of five weeks. Employees can carry over up to 40 hours per year, accumulating a bank of 80 hours, maximum. WBCM pays out the remaining hours not carried over at the end of each calendar year.
WBCM employees enjoy 7.5 major holidays and one “floating” holiday, which employees can take as one full day or two half days.
