The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is in the design phase for the superstructure replacement of the state-owned bridge located along Red Rock Road in Paradise Township, Monroe County. The existing bridge spans Forest Hills Run. The roadway alignment for Red Rock Road will remain the same as existing. Red Rock Road will be closed during construction with a detour route. The detour will utilize SR 1011 (Carlton Road), PA 940, PA 191 (Paradise Valley Road), and SR 1004 (Lower Swiftwater Road). The start of construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2021 and will take approximately 3 months to complete.
