McClure Tennis Center at Ridley Athletic ComplexWBCM provided civil engineering, surveying, and construction stakeout for the construction of the McClure Tennis Center at Ridley Athletic Complex for Loyola University Maryland.

The 4.11 acre project site was an undeveloped area contained within the limits of the larger Loyola College Athletic Planned Unit Development (PUD) complex. The project created eight NCAA-regulation size tennis courts, a one-story field house with locker room facilities, metal bleachers at each court, and a paved parking surface for 18 vehicles. WBCM designed vehicular and pedestrian access, tying into existing infrastructure.

Due to existing slopes and environmental concerns, site development was terraced in the grade with the tennis courts broken into three distinct groups at different elevations with sloped walkways providing pedestrian access to the courts. Stormwater management quantity requirements were met using an underground detention system located under the parking lot.

WBCM designed water and sanitary sewer connections from the existing on-site systems.

WBCM also prepared construction documents and provided permitting services and bidding and construction administration phase services.
