Ritz Carlton Waterfront ImprovementsThe Ritz-Carlton Residences in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor is a free-standing complex of approximately 174 luxury condominiums overlooking the Inner Harbor waterfront.

WBCM provided all structural and marine-related engineering services as well as construction administration services for the waterfront construction of the bulkheads and promenades on the Ritz Carlton property. WBCM’s engineers designed over 1,300 linear feet of bulkhead, concrete pier platforms that are used for landscaping, and related waterfront structures supporting the Baltimore City promenade along the east side of the site. WBCM also designed a bridge to connect the Rusty Scupper restaurant and Ritz-Carlton promenades.

WBCM obtained all Maryland Department of the Environment and Army Corps of Engineers permits and provided engineering design support for the property’s marina.
