Located in suburban Philadelphia, the Wayne office is conveniently located near I-76, I-476 and US 202. Professionals in this office provide our full complement of engineering services to clients, including PennDOT, PA Turnpike, Philaport, the Delaware River Port Authority, and local county governments.

Pittsburgh

Established in 1999, WBCM’s Pittsburgh has provided structural engineering services to architects and developers for high-profile projects in the region for over 20 years. Conveniently located off I-79 in suburban Pittsburgh, the office is in easy commuting distance of downtown Pittsburgh, West Virginia, and Eastern Ohio. Recent additions to our staff allow WBCM to offer local talent for transportation, environmental water resources, site, and utilities projects as stand-alone or support services to public and private clients within the tri-state area.

Harrisburg

WBCM’s first branch office was established in 1992 to serve PennDOT. Centrally located to serve South Central Pennsylvania, the office is located in close proximity to state agencies located in Harrisburg and within easy access of I-81, I-83, and the PA Turnpike. The office offers the full complement of WBCM’s engineering services and successfully provides transportation engineering, building structures, and civil engineering to state, local, and private clients throughout the region.
