Bridge Inspection

For over 35 years, WBCM has performed inspection, evaluation and load rating on hundreds of bridges throughout the mid-Atlantic region ranging in size and complexity from box culverts to the William Preston Lane Memorial Bridge over the Chesapeake Bay. The safety of the traveling public is paramount to the mission of our bridge inspectors whether we are identifying a deficiency or ensuring the safe flow of traffic during the inspection work. Our inspectors meet the latest NBIS certifications and are specially trained in the requirements for reporting and addressing structurally deficient conditions. Inspection team members are thoroughly trained to ensure their personal safety during daily field work including confined space, fall arrest, boating safety and first aid.
